When submitting a book for review I need the following information:

I only review books in print and not PDF or Kindle or Nook.
My reviews are detailed, straightforward and never have any spoilers. My reviews stand as written. I post reviews on over 15 sites including Goodreads and Shelfari.
At this time I am backed up and it might take a little more time to review new titles.
